What is the Foundation?
The Kit Faragher Foundation was started by the surviving members of Kit's family, with support from Janus, to carry on her memory and legacy. The Foundation has awarded scholarships to Colorado students who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong commitment and a drive towards accomplishment since 2003. From 2015-2025, the Foundation also awarded scholarships to Geauga County, Ohio high school seniors as Kit grew up in Geauga County, Ohio and attended high school there. In 2026, the Kit Faragher Foundation discontinued this scholarship.
